“My practice is grounded in the belief that meaningful growth begins with feeling genuinely seen, understood, and supported. I provide teens and young adults with a warm, supportive space to explore life’s challenges, better understand themselves, and move forward with greater confidence.”

About Olivia

Olivia Bucci LCSW Westport CT clinical social worker

Olivia Bucci is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut who works with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and challenges within relationships and family dynamics. She believes that many of our experiences are shaped by our relationships, with family, friends, and ourselves. Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build confidence, and navigate life with greater clarity.

Olivia received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Sacred Heart University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut, where she concentrated in clinical work with individuals, groups, and families. She has experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in school and community-based settings, providing both individual and group therapy and collaborating closely with families and other professionals. Over the past several years, she has worked with teens and young adults in private practice in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Olivia’s therapeutic style is warm, relational, and collaborative. She strives to create a supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences openly. Her approach is individualized, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic principles. She combines practical coping strategies with deeper self-reflection, helping clients identify their strengths, better understand patterns in their lives, and make meaningful changes.

Olivia is honored to support clients through the challenges and transitions that come with adolescence and young adulthood. She currently offers in-person therapy in Westport, Connecticut, as well as virtual sessions.
